Merchant Acquisition at PT Giftee International Indonesia, responsible for acquiring merchants for giftee’s e-gift services, managing partnership proposals and merchant product integration, and monitoring merchant performance and stock.
Tanggung jawab
- Identify and acquire by analyzing potential merchants suitable for giftee’s e-gift services.
- Deliver partnership proposals and contracts, and present the added value of giftee solutions (eGift System, reward solutions, digital vouchers, etc.).
- Coordinate and input merchant product integration into the gifting platform or dashboard (API, e-gift catalog, campaign setup, etc.).
- Monitor merchant performance (e-gift sales, redemption, engagement).
- Monitor stock daily, conduct stock overview, and request purchases for voucher availability or merchant deposits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Merchant Acquisition, or Sales (preferably from the F&B, retail, start-up, fintech, loyalty program, or e-commerce industries).
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and partnership relationships.
- A self-motivated, target-oriented communicator skilled in voucher acquisition and management, independent problem-solving, and dynamic teamwork.
- Experience with digital products such as e-vouchers, reward platforms, gift cards, payment, or CRM/Loyalty solutions.
- Excellent command of English is a must, as is Bahasa; Japanese language is an advantage.
