Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or an equivalent field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in building construction or contracting projects.
Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for every assigned project.
Required technical skills: AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Microsoft Project is an added advantage.
Willing to be placed in Bekasi.
Monitor and control the execution of daily project operations to ensure activities run according to plan.
Coordinate with contractors regarding material requirements, availability, and project execution.
Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure all work complies with approved construction drawings (working drawings) and established project schedules.
